Postage and Packaging
- All purchases are delivered in a complimentary box or chiffon bag. Please specify.
- We charge a flat-rate of £2 per order for postage within the UK. This is for recorded delivery. Your jewellery will be dispatched within 5 days of payment clearing. Your credit/debit card will not be debited until your goods are dispatched.
- Jewellery prices stated exclude postage cost.
Returns and Refunds
Please bear in mind that due to their organic nature, pearls are not uniform in appearance.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, Shanghai Pearl will provide a full refund of the item including £2 postage (ie. total purchase price) upon return by Recorded Delivery only of the purchase in its original condition. Postage other than by Recorded Delivery cannot be refunded.
Please note that Bespoke and Bridal jewellery items are exempt from our 7-day return policy and cannot be returned except for alterations at the discretion of Shanghai Pearl.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

Colour Reproduction
Shanghai Pearl has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.
Payments
All payments shall be made in pounds sterling (GBP). Please be aware that we cannot be liable for any currency fluctuations at the time of payment.
